Terms of Use


This Agreement is between Sales Team 1 LLC. (Company) and prospective client or consumer visitor (User).
  1. Informational Service. This site is considered purely informational and with no obligations on either party.
  2. No Guarantees. Due to the many variables involved, many of which are beyond Company's control, no guarantees regarding applicability or specific results can be or are offered.
  3. Indemnification. User indemnifies and holds harmless Company for all eventualities resulting from the use of the provided information.
  4. Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration either via phone or in the San Francisco, California metro area, using services selected by Company, with the party initiating any action paying all fees. Any claimed losses will be limited to payments made to Company.
