A. Conditionally Acceptable - I Create and Manage Team
I may be able to create a team on an outsourced basis.
  1. Internet Marketing/SEO/Web Design. Lead-gen required unless average sale exceeds $10K.
  2. Website Advertising. Lead-gen required. Must you have a million or more unique visitors per month, less if highly valuable target market.
  3. Print Publication Ads. Lead-gen required. Circulation must be significant, focused on a high-end valuable demographic, preferably national coverage.
B. Conditionally Acceptable - I Set-Up Team for You to Manage
Characteristcally commodity products with extreme competition. I get flat fees initially and monthly to design sales program, recruit and train. I do not get paid any commissions on sales. You pay reps directly using any plan you want.
  1. Merchant Accounts. (Credit Card Processing). 
  2. Payroll Processing.
  3. Medical Billing
  4. Telecom.
  5. Consumer Sales. Phone or in-person. You will need to meet FTC requirements to place phone calls.
  6. Independent Dealers. Unless as part of a national program I operate for all dealers nationally.
  7. Government Agencies or Schools. Must have a better way than cold calling to get through to prospects.
  8. Investment Schemes. Unless directly with a Fortune 500 company (no agents).
  9. Local Businesses. Unless doing $10M or more in sales.
C. Not Acceptable
I will never get involved with these.
  1. MLM's. I detest these so please don't contact me. Chasing rainbows and ripping off your "downstream" is not the way to success. Building a real company with real products is.

Notice: I only work with decision makers, this means the CEO or owner who makes final decisions, can sign agreements and issue checks. Not subordinates or independent consultants, advisors, family members and so on. I will not provide price quotes until after I talk with the CEO and decide if I am interested in the project.


*Lead-gen: I must create a lead-generation program using hourly + commission reps that I recruit, train, and manage but that you employ directly, to supplement existing leads, in quantity to support the sales team.
