Paul Mush - CEO
Paul is the founder of Sales Team 1. He focuses on business development, creating psychologically engineered sales processes, advanced sales training, and scaling the infrastructure of the business to serve many clients an order of magnitude better than a typical VP serves one.
Leigh Shevchik - Director of Operations
Leigh assists in all areas of the business from screening candidates, orchestrating meeting and training schedules, writing and editing site content and training materials, and countless other critical tasks.
Other Staff: We operate virtually and have many different individuals to assist with recruiting, team management, marketing communications, and other tasks so we can focus on building sales teams.
